Live video interviews
You are on a call, the question arrives, and you want a draft you can scan without putting another participant in the meeting.
Interview copilot
A copilot is not a study guide you finish the night before. It is software beside you while someone is asking questions. AceTheMeet's copilot is Live Guidance in the Windows app: it listens, drafts a speakable answer, and leaves a transcript you can review after you stop.
Use real-time assistance only where the interviewer, employer, or platform allows it. The 15-minute mock is for practice.
The idea
A course hands you material in advance. A copilot is present during the conversation. It should be quiet until a question needs an answer, then specific enough that you can say something in your own voice.
In AceTheMeet, that role is Live Guidance. The model speaks as you, in the first person, using the resume on file as experience. If the resume does not cover the topic, it should use general judgment and not invent employers or titles. You still choose whether to use the draft.
The AI interview assistant page is the wider map: practice, coding, languages, and the recap. This page stays on the live conversation itself.
A session
Stealth turns on when you press Start, so the overlay is built to stay off screen share and out of the taskbar. Audio is captured on your computer and is not retained on our servers.
Speech is transcribed so guidance can follow the conversation. On a video call this tracks the interviewer's turn. It can miss words, names, or a question that trails off.
Press Get answer (Ctrl) when you want a draft now. For a phone interview, put the phone on speaker next to the computer, press Ctrl when they finish, speak your answer, then press Ctrl again for the next question. Speaker quality varies by room and handset.
Post-Interview Intelligence uses that transcript for a score, strengths, feedback, a next-round plan, a short follow-up draft, and an exportable report in History. Overlay hints are not what gets scored.
Fit
A copilot helps people who already prepared and want support in the moment. It is a poor fit when the rules ban outside help.
01
You are on a call, the question arrives, and you want a draft you can scan without putting another participant in the meeting.
02
The desktop app can listen through speaker audio. Put the phone beside the computer. This depends on the room. It is not a carrier or dialer integration.
03
The first sentence is the hard part. A short first-person draft is there so you can start, then adjust it to what you actually did.
04
If you want notes from everyday meetings rather than a spoken interview answer, switch to Meeting Intelligence in the same app.
The product
Live Guidance is built to keep up with the conversation. Speed still depends on your network and the models in use. There is no fixed latency promise.
Answers are meant to be spoken: short sentences, a direct opening, and a few concrete points. They are not a slide. Bold text marks a term worth hitting, not a script you have to read verbatim.
The full feature list, including screen-share behavior and Meeting Intelligence, is on Interview Copilot Features.
Technical rounds
Spoken technical questions stay in Live Guidance: explain a system, a tradeoff, or a project from your resume. Coding Mode is separate. Turn it on when the problem is visible, then capture the window or snip a region. The overlay can show an approach, code, and talking points.
That capture is not an editor plugin, and it will not solve every prompt. If you are preparing for a coding round, use the coding interview copilot page, and rehearse the shortcuts in a mock interview before you need them.
Language
Lock Interview language before Start. Live Guidance supports 9 spoken languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic. English (India) is a locale option for English. Hinglish and Spanglish are bilingual modes for mixed speech, not additional languages. Those bilingual modes are not a general translator you point at any language pair.
The copilot answers in the locked language and keeps common technical terms in English when that is the normal way to say them. It is not a certified translation service. The multilingual interview assistant page lists the languages and the cases they fit.
When the call ends
Press Stop. Scoring runs on the transcript saved on your machine: a performance score, technical strengths, personalized feedback, a next-round plan, and a short follow-up draft. You can export a report from History.
The score is a reading of that transcript. It is not a prediction of an offer, and it is not a grade from the company you spoke with.
Questions
Software that stays with you during an interview and drafts answers from what was just asked. AceTheMeet's copilot is Live Guidance in the Windows desktop app. You decide what to say out loud.
The assistant page covers the whole product: practice, coding, languages, and the recap. This page is about the live role only — listening, drafting, and handing you a local transcript when you stop. Both describe the same AceTheMeet app.
You can press Get answer (Ctrl) when you want a draft. On a phone screen, put the phone on speaker, press Ctrl when they finish speaking, give your answer, then press Ctrl again for the next question.
Spoken technical questions use Live Guidance. On-screen coding problems use Coding Mode, described on the coding interview copilot page. Check code before you rely on it.

Post-Interview Intelligence scores the real transcript: performance score, technical strengths, feedback, a next-round plan, a short follow-up draft, and an exportable report from History.
It is built to stay off screen share, and nothing joins the meeting as a bot. Stealth turns on when you press Start. We do not claim this holds for every platform or future change.
